Last year our son purchased his first property and he needed the whole kitchen replaced, which meant completely gutting it and taking it down to brick work. Andy and Warren came to quote and within a couple of weeks we were fitted in. They both project managed the whole refit which took the pressure off us finding different trades. They were both polite and kept us informed all the way through, when deliveries were due, who would be there on what day etc... Trades were on site every day. Highly respectful of the house and us, didn’t hear any bad language and left the house clean and tidy each evening, i’m afraid to say a rare thing these days. Any unexpected issues that arose were discussed with us and best solution found to suit our needs. I can highly recommend both Warren and Andy to anyone who is looking to have building work. We asked Warren and Andy to build our bespoke kitchen because they understood exactly what we wanted, giving us the confidence to build something to our own taste. We had the pleasure of working with Andy and Warren of K&B Construction Limited in 2023. For almost six months they carried out a full width single storey extension, moving of an internal wall and all the challenges appalling weather, a 1930's house and a very vigilant Building Control threw at them and us! Nothing was impossible and we didn't hear the well known 'builders sigh' once. We also asked them to liaise with Wudyu, the designers and producers of our fantastic new kitchen, which they also fitted. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and professionally with a smile. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
